Terms of Service

1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern the use of the PK FORM online store and all purchases made through https://pkform.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All artworks offered by PK FORM are made to order after an order has been placed.

Because each artwork is individually produced, slight differences in colour may occur due to monitor settings. These differences do not constitute a product defect.

3. Ordering

Orders may be placed through the online store 24 hours a day.

Once an order has been successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

PK FORM reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers available during checkout.

Orders enter production after successful payment authorization.

6. Production & Delivery

Every artwork is produced specifically for the customer.

Estimated production and delivery time is up to 14 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and courier services.

7. Returns & Complaints

Because every artwork is made to order, customers do not have the right to cancel or return their purchase due to change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact contact@pkform.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the product and the packaging.

Approved claims will result in a replacement product being provided at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, texts and website content are the intellectual property of PK FORM and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PK FORM shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including transport disruptions, natural disasters or force majeure.
